The Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide effective day to day support to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective diary management including organising meetings and appointments booking meeting rooms event spaces and catering where appropriate.
  • Invite attendees collate and circulate meeting papers handouts take and distribute Board meeting minutes and Management Meeting minutes.
  • Travel Management including accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide an efficient and professional customer focused first point of contact for the Directors
  • Organise company events team meetings including venues meeting spaces accommodation and activities where appropriate.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications where appropriate.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Previous EA and/or PA experience to Executive level is desirable .
  • Minute taking experience
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work in an agile and flexible manner reacting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong sense of initiative
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge and experience.
