Description:

About the the role:

AniCura is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a part of the AniCura leadership team. The role is based out of Amsterdam. As the Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office enabling our leaders to focus on strategic decisionmaking and driving the companys mission in the veterinary healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional administrative and communication skills who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a high sense of customer focus.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage executives calendars appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review correspondence reports and presentations.
  • Maintain confidential files records and documents.
  • Handle incoming communications promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate document signing and notarization.
  • Manage team travel expenses and declarations.
  • Organize internal and external meetings and events.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft edit and proofread communications and presentations.
  • Maintain databases contact lists and CRM systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize office processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Office management ofDutch office.

  • Executive assistant experience in an international setting.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Any European language proficiency preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
  • Independent worker in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer serviceoriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of veterinary healthcare a plus.
  • Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in an office with pets.
