Execution Amenity Engineer

Candidate shall be BE (Civil) PG in Project/Construction Management will be an added advantage. Shall be able to handle entire project independently & should have sound technical knowledge & decision making abilities. Coordination with all stakeholders of project conducting weekly meetings monitoring progress quality of works. Resolving problems related in coordination with subordinates contractors. Shall have knowledge of MEP services works & must be able to coordinate with MEP engineers contractors consultants. Ensuring EHS/quality control systems at site & its documentation control. Ensuring material quality standards & its testing reports generation. Must have handled a team of 5 to 10 technical staff. Will be leading team of subordinates like Construction managers QC Engineer planning engineer junior engineers Safety officers QS/billing engineers supervisors. Get prepare project schedule monitoring & control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Day to day weekly planning ensuring implementation of planning at site. Should have control on project budget monitoring. Analysis on periodic basis for cost & time impact due to design changes check for changes & verify ensure approval for changes before execution. Handover of projects to satisfaction.
