Title: Excel Administrator

Location: Hybrid Bangalor India

Description:

To keep it simple we are looking for junior analyst position which has expert excel level.

We do not need OCM related background we will teach the authorization part of the position.

Last the resource location should be Bangalore or the area as they will need to physically arrive to Bangalore office 23 times a week

The role will be working together with other Change Management Support and Security experts in order to ensure that Authorizations are correctly allocated properly working for project teams and end users when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Using tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

Developing and maintaining databases and data systems reorganizing data in a readable format

Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data

Preparing reports for the management using relevant data

Support profiles creation maintenance and approval based on role mapping approach

Ensure SOD (Segregation of Duties) rules are followed on the profile and user level during Wave Implementation

Strive for maximal usage of existing profiles when possible to gradually allow movement to global profile methodology

Work closely with security IDM and LMS team to manage creation of Profile Catalogs and end sure mapping

Support and advise during End Users mapping process

Follow up with Support Teams in the right installation and authorizations of project team and end users during the Wave Implementation

Key Skills:

Use Excel tools and functions to clean and prepare data for analysis.

Understand the different types of data in Excel and use appropriate functions to work with them.

Use logical and lookup functions to transform link and categorise data.

Use Named Ranges and Tables to automate your analysis.
