Job Description:
a. Operations Budgeting & Logistics:
Complete operational support to the team right from providing logistics to costs negotiation etc to ensure that they achieve their targets.
Ensuring that correct vendors (Fabrication Printing Venues etc) are chosen for each of the jobs undertaken at the best possible cost.
Creating an efficient database of regional and local Venues and Vendors to optimize the cost which will include travel to local hubs for sourcing
Collaborate with event venues and vendors to manage event delivery
Lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within the event budget.
Ensure events follow local security Workplace Safety and Health regulations. Manage escalated onsite issues & security threats if any during events.
Manage takeover and handover of venues.
b. Ownership:
Led a team of 1012 people and drove delegate (SMB & D2C) acquisition.
Complete ownership of all events/activations taking personal responsibility for flawless delivery as per global standards
Ensuring that all systems and processes are followed and creating/suggesting/implementing best practices that constantly upgrade our operational capabilities.
Ensuring that the correct resources are allocated to each project putting in the right checks and balances to ensure the desired results.
Ensuring that quality achieved from the projects the team executes is worldclass in every aspect and is appreciated by attendees.
c. Leadership Skills:
To be able to guide motivate and train the team to independently handle operations and ensure that the team grows to be selfsufficient
