Event Management Intern

Parttime. 1520 hours per week. Flexible hours 5 days/week

Compensation: SGD$15.00/hour

BlueSky Education is looking for an intern to join our Operations and Planning Team. Our team ensures that all programmes organised by BlueSky Education produces quality and safe programmes for international students coming to Singapore. As we are in the process of organising a Green Technology Youth Summit in July we seek an intern who could assist us with organising this event. This intern should be prepared to work in a fastpaced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of events management and planning.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in approaching and connecting with potential partners

Assist in researching collaboration opportunities.

Procuring of materials

Handling minor administrative task. Eg: Scheduling

Assist in operations for the event organised by BlueSky Education.

Students from Sustainability related club.
