Job Description:

As an Events Executive at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a wide range of events ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs develop event concepts and create comprehensive event plans including timelines budgets and resources.
  
• Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection vendor management catering audiovisual setups transportation and other eventrelated services.
  
• OnSite Event Management: Oversee event setups manage onsite operations coordinate with staff and vendors and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Client Relations: Cultivate strong client relationships maintain communication throughout the event planning process and ensure client satisfaction by meeting their expectations and needs.
  
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage event budgets negotiate contracts and optimize resources to ensure costeffectiveness and profitability.
  
• PostEvent Evaluation: Conduct postevent evaluations gather feedback and analyze the success of events to implement improvements for future projects.
