Event Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Assistant to join our team at Blue Horizons Development. The Event Assistant will play a key role in assisting with the planning and execution of various events ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
• Provide onsite support during events including setup registration and guest assistance
• Manage event materials and supplies inventory
• Conduct postevent evaluations and report on outcomes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
