EV Site Acquisition Consultant - Spanish Speaking

We are looking to welcome a Spanish speaking Site Acquisition Consultant Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure to our team to help make a difference in the world. This position works closely with our property acquisition experts in the area of electric vehicle charging infrastructure based at our international headquarters.

The Site Acquisition Specialist will work as part of a larger team in one of our offices in Madrid/Mlaga. This position is responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating leases with landlords for electric vehicle charging stations on behalf of our clients.

A day in the life of a successful Site Acquisition Consultant can look like:

• Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords
• Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
• Negotiate property acquisitions with our property acquisition experts
• Signing leases with landlords negotiating terms and conditions
• Maintaining uptodate information in our custom software LiveTrack
• Train new employees in the field service and in our Madrid/Mlaga office
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIREMENTS

• Nativelevel Spanish and professional English fluency
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
• Sales or negotiation experience
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel Outlook and Word
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Clean driving license (B)
