Role Overview:As our EUC Service and Infrastructure Support Engineer youll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure within our Americas region. Working as part of our global technology team youll manage and support PCs mobility servers and network systems in compliance with Collinson policies and PCIDSS controls. Your expertise will contribute to the overall governance and success of maintaining yearly PCIDSS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user requests for service troubleshoot incidents and develop solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage daytoday incidents and service requests using our ITSM tool ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain a reliable enduser compute environment by verifying scheduled backups refining deployment processes and supporting Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to continuously improve service and infrastructure support capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of an ongoing training program based on enduser feedback.
  • Create and maintain user guides knowledge base content and appropriate documentation.
  • Stay informed about new solutions security processes and emerging threats to enhance IT operations.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in MIS or CS or applicable Trade School Degree
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional ITIL Foundations v4 CompTIA A and CompTIA Network are preferred.
  • Experience with MDM technology and supporting MACs in an enterprise environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer service mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks maintain attention to detail and provide a real cando attitude when faced with challenges.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours as needed including participation in rotating oncall schedules.
