ETL Testing

1. Test Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive ETL test plans based on project requirements and data integration specifications.
2. Test Case Design: Design develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios to validate data extraction transformation and loading processes within Big Data ecosystems.
3. Big Data Technologies: Apply extensive knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop Spark and related tools to test and validate ETL workflows and data pipelines.
4. Data Quality Testing: Implement robust data quality tests to ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of data as it moves through various stages of the ETL process.
5. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability and efficiency of ETL processes identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
6. Regression Testing: Develop and execute regression test suites to ensure the stability of ETL workflows across ongoing software releases and updates.
7. Defect Tracking: Identify document and track defects working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL testing with a specific focus on Big Data technologies.
2. Big Data Skills: Indepth knowledge of Big Data ecosystems including Hadoop Spark and associated tools.
3. Testing Tools: Proficiency in ETL testing tools and frameworks with handson experience in creating and executing test scripts.
4. SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data validation and querying within Big Data environments.
5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
6. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
