Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. As an ETL Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining efficient Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes within the GCP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ETL solutions using GCP services such as Dataflow Dataprep BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into ETL workflows.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure high performance reliability and data quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion transformation and loading processes.
- Implement data validation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
- Stay updated with the latest GCP technologies and best practices in ETL development.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to support data integration needs and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Document ETL workflows data mappings and system configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Cloud Certification (e.g. Professional Data Engineer Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Experience with other cloud platforms
