We are looking for a plumbing estimator to join our senior estimator in bidding new projects. We usually do mid to high rise projects that are multifamily apartment complexes. Typical buildings are 4 to 10 stories and have around 200 to 700 residential units. Here are some key things we are looking for in a candidate.
- Experience with MIP estimating software: Quickpen or fast pipe
- Complete understanding of Plumbing Code
- Able to design a complete plumbing system
- Able to use Autocad and or Revit software
- Can Size water, gas, sewer, storm, condensate piping, as well as, ejector pumps and booster pumps.
- Knows how to do job billing
- Salary is determined by experience, but around 150 to 220K
