Job Title: Area Manager
Location: Birmingham
Basic Salary: up to £50000k (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £80000 (uncapped)
Estate Agency experience at a Senior level for either Sales Lettings or both is ESSENTIAL for this role.
Our Client a market leading Estate Agent have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join them covering the Northampton region. This is an opportunity to help continue to drive their already fast growing business forward.
You will be responsible for the recruitment training and overall sales and lettings results in several branches across the area. Starting with 2 branches initially and moving up to 3 and 4 towards the end of the year. A candidate that has knowledge and understands the Birmingham market will be advantageous.
