Your mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow as our ESS Engineer in Stockholm Copenhagen or Helsinki!

Then have a look at your responsibilities below:

• Youll perform high quality technical advisory to help in presales
• Youll manage projects across disciplines (electrical mechanical civil and control scheme)
• Youll a first technical assessment of the project evaluate its conceptual design and its economic feasibility
• Youll deliver suggestions for new ESS projects
• Youll integrate with other power generation plants as necessary
• Youll manage the tendering negotiations and selection of ESS plants
• Youll conduct due diligence including technical liaison with legal and financial advisors

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in Sweden Denmark or Finland

What will you need to be successful

• Fluency in both English and one Nordic language
• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent engineering degree with a focus on energy
• Experience working with energy storage systems (batteries)

What can make you an ideal candidate

• Experience being a technical advisor and communicating with stakeholders (utilities BoP EPC etc...)
• Indepth knowledge of the international energy storage market renewable generation utility network connection quality studies and PCS dynamic performance approval process
• Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
