Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to gather and understand their requirements
from both business and technical perspectives.
Develop effective solution demonstrations that align with
clientfocused requirements demonstrating a strong blend of technical
and business relevance.
Prepare comprehensive Meeting Minutes (MOM) following discussions
ensuring clarity on discussed points and next steps.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills and lead meetings providing
prospective customers with comfort and understanding.
Review and respond to Expression of Interest (EOI) Request for
Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
Act as both an individual contributor and a team player within the
sales and business development team.
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a presales or similar role within the software industry.
Strong understanding of business and technical requirements gathering.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver effective solution demonstrations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to lead meetings and engage with prospective customers.
Experience in reviewing and responding to EOI RFI and RFP documents.
Bachelors degree in any field.
