Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ERP Application Implementation (Procurement) for the clients
- Conduct business process analysis and mapping to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Work closely with the end users to understand the requirements and / or challenges and work with the team for the solution design
- Work with the business users to identify and prioritize new requirements and customization opportunities
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT to integrate ERP solutions seamlessly into existing workflows
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within the ERP system collaborating with relevant teams for data maintenance
- Participate/conduct the review meetings and discussions

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant or similar role focused on Procurement and ERP implementation
- Have good Functional and Business understanding of Procurement Domain Sourcing Supplier Qualification Management Supplier Portal Purchasing SelfService
- Experience conducting Business Process discussion with Business users for EndtoEnd Procurement process
- Basic understanding of ERP systems with a willingness to learn and specialize in Procurement focused modules
- Exposure working with crossfunctional teams to collaborate for project outcomes and delivery
Required Skills:
- Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking Reading Writing)
- Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills to address challenges during requirements and ERP implementation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy and nothing is missed as part of final deliverables
- Selfmotivated dedicated and customer focused
- Open to acquire new skill on ERP SCM Modules.
Good to have skills/credentials:
- Business communication skills in English
- Experience in Consulting and Implementation for customers in Core Manufacturing HiTech Manufacturing and Automotive industries
- Experience/Certification in any ERP systems like SAP Oracle EBS BaaN Infor JDE
- Exposure to Procurement Suite Inventory management Costing Manufacturing Supply & Demand Planning and Warehouse Management Systems
