Your responsibilities as an ERP & DMS Application Manager will encompass providing support and supervision for applications related to the domain of return logistics Your active partnership with the Engineering Team and internal stakeholders will play a crucial role in tackling and resolving technical issues
Your primary tasks will include
- Managing ERP & DMS applications ensuring they meet business needs and are set up for optimal performance
- Serving as a primary contact for business users and stakeholders providing ERP & DMS guidance
- Collaborating with business units and stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize business needs and translating them for development 
- Overseeing and coordinating software releases guaranteeing they are delivered timely as per specifications and with high quality
- Creating and keeping up technical documentation which comprises user guides system manuals and technical specifications
- Handling external partner communication and maintaining control over focus companies and applications
Requirements- A recognized degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related fields or a proven track record in business application management
- Strong grasp of crossdepartmental organizational processes
- Experience with Navision & BC or similar business apps
- Knowledge of TSQL and experience with relational database systems
- A strong inclination towards data numbers and their analysis
- Pragmatic goaloriented and customerfocused approach characterized by quick comprehension and analytical skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development processes
- Notable skills in documentation and organization
- Strong German and English skills
