As an ERP Consultant you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design develop deploy customize and support breakthrough applications.
Your main duties will be to
- As Technical Consultant youll be responsible for developing and supporting the external providers development of HR ERP solution
- As an Odoo certified Senior Developer youll be responsible for developing customization of the solution from technical analysis to development and support the customizes applications and/or features within the Odoo ERP software
- Ensure that delivered Odoo ERP is implemented within Odoo criteria.
- Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoos software applications
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree 12 years of experience as an ERP consultant or similar OR Masters degree 10 years of experience
- Strong background in programming concepts as well as the Odoo framework
- Programming Languages: Python & JavaScript
- Database: PostgreSQL (with object relational mapping)
- Collaboration platform: OpenText (Hive)/Attlasian Suite
- Development model: Open with external service provide Odoo partner
- Ability to respect deadlines to report in a structured way communication and presentation skills towards small to medium audience required
- Objectoriented programming language object modelling and relational database
- Passion for development
- Ability to learn and evolve quickly
- Fluent in English and good command of French.
- Team spirit
The following specific experience and skills would be an asset
- Specific expertise in Odoo ERP for Human Resources projects Technical certification(s)
- PM/Scrum/Agile Certification
- ERP (Odoo) Certification
It would be nice if you had
- General knowledge of EU institutions
- Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus especially French.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Certified in PM2
