ERP Business Analyst BA or BSA w/ Manufacturing project experience

Location: Edison, NJ (onsite HYBRID role)looking for locals
Duration: 4+ years (contract to hire)

IT Experience: 10+

Visa: GC or USC

The ERP preference is Syteline CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)

BA with different ERP systems = Oracle, SAP, Syteline CloudSuite Industrial, Acumatica, Epicor, MS Dynamics, JDE, etc*******

• Conduct thorough analysis and identify opportunities to improve business systems by bridging the needs of the business from both a technical and functional perspective

• Hands-on Infor Syteline related development and analysis experience: Syteline's CSI Forms, Tables, Module customization/enhancement

• Application support, end-user support, and training experience -Module expertise surrounding Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, QA, CPQ, Factory Tracking is a must

• Conduct application training to select end-users to increase application knowledge levels

• Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques including the ability to find the root cause and corrective action for given problems.

• Plan small/medium/large-sized projects or tasks and make substantial contributions to determining the feasibility of goals/objectives.

• Analysis of open tickets and coordinating with third party offshore production support team

• Provide ERP module training to end-users and prepare documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent years of experience as a business analyst

• 3 years of manufacturing experience is Preferred

• 4 years of technical and functional business analysis

• 5 years of order to cash and procure to pay ERP module experience

• 3 years of end-user training

• 3 years of experience developing, executing, and reading SQL queries

• 5 years of customer service experience to support end-users

• The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented & capable of problem-solving and presenting solutions

• Able to work weekends and evenings when needed
