Equipment Specialist Equipment Management Lead

Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a fulltime Equipment Specialist (Equipment Management Lead) to provide logistics base supply support at NASA in Langley VA for a possible upcoming longterm government contract.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide fulltime onsite management of all equipment management activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and government policies.
  
• Analyze develop and maintain policies and procedures for the proper execution of equipment management functions including:
  

• Identify government property
  
• Record assets in the PP&E System and properly assign them
  
• Maintaining records relating to the assets
  
• Monitor the movement of assets
  
• Record changes in physical condition of the asset(s)
  
• Conduct physical inventories
  
• Reconcile the results of the inventories
  
• Report all losses thefts and damages of assets
  
• Reutilize assets when possible
  
• Dispose of assets properly
  

• Keep up with regulatory requirements and alter work processes to ensure compliance.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated logistics leadership and managerial experience.
  
• Experience in a military/government/other highlyregulated work environment
  
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
