Today Equip is based in Rolle Switzerland on the FrenchSwiss Riviera close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 40 locations around Switzerland France Italy and Spain. For more information visit our website.

Tasks

As a Sales Development Representative at EQUIP you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads initiating contact and setting the stage for successful partnerships. What you can expect to do:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential leads within the outdoor sports industry in Switzerland.
  • Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls emails and social media outreach.
  • Utilize various channels including social media and industry events to generate new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs challenges and potential fit with EQUIPs products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  1. Account Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with B2B and distributor accounts ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly assess account performance identifying growth opportunities and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to deliver topnotch service to key accounts.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Support on ad hoc reports for sales pitches or partner meetings.
  • Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with outdoor sports products and passion for the industry.
  • Fluent English and French proficient German is a plus.
