With fully autonomous stations for Stand Up Paddle or Multisport; Equip aim at connecting sports and communities in three easy steps. Simply reserve grab and go!

Today Equip is based in Rolle Switzerland on the FrenchSwiss Riviera close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 40 locations around Switzerland France Italy and Spain. For more information visit our website.

Tasks

We at EQUIP are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Service and Community Representative. This role is crucial for the proper functioning and management of our stations located at one of our hubs. Today we are looking to fill three (3) Field Service and Community Representative roles one in London a second in Paris and the third in Zurich Switzerland.

London Rep Start Date: March 15 2024

Paris Rep Start Date: April 15 2024

Zurich Rep Start Date: April 15 2024

What you can expect to do:

  • Ensure the smooth and optimal operation of our stations within the designated HUB.
  • Embody the cool kid persona as a brand ambassador for EQUIP enthusiastically and expertly representing our products.
  • Engage with and educate customers while also building strong connections with local sports communities to broaden our customer base and our opportunities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues performing repairs as necessary.
  • Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities proactively addressing potential problems.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for complex maintenance needs or improvements.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Be available for regular tasks 5 days a week with on top an average of 1 intervention per month outside regular working hours. These require a twohour response time.
  • Provide valuable feedback and resources to the company for product improvement operational smoothness and enhancement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must. Paris Hub requires fluent English and French. Zurich Hub requires fluent English and Swiss German.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for the sports we provide including basketball and/or football.
  • Ability to relocate to the hub location or already a local in the given territory to ensure closeproximity to the network and products.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt as comprehensive training will be provided by our internal team.
  • Independence and technical/practical abilities to solve problems on site.
  • Passion for representing a brand and its products with excellence.
