MUST HAVES:

• has completed multiple Enterprise epic implementations.
• have completed a full cycle implementation within the past two years
  

Required Skills : Required Experience: At least one (1) full cycle Epic implementation of an enterprise wide EHR system with a multimillion dollar budget utilizing Epic s methodology and Epic enterprisewide healthcare applications suite with a focus on the acute care clinical and revenue cycle applications Basic architectural knowledge across IT and telecom environments Demonstrated leadership ability analytical planning and excellent communication skills successfully built team relationships and partnerships across the business At least five (5) years of experience as a proven change agent and mentor Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project Visio Word Excel and PowerPoint required; ability to use other onpremises or cloudbased project management and reporting. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Strong negotiation consulting and arbitration skills. Bachelor s degree in Healthcare or Computer Science
