EPBCS

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of EPBCS solutions to address financial planning and budgeting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their planning needs and translate them into EPBCS functionalities.
• Configure EPBCS applications including financial data models calculations forms and reports.
• Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPBCS applications.
• Train end users on EPBCS functionalities and best practices for financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EPBCS applications and address any performance or functional issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of EPBCS solutions based on business feedback and changing requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate EPBCS with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in FP&A technology and recommend enhancements or upgrades to EPBCS.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of handson experience in implementing and managing EPBCS or similar financial planning software.
• Strong understanding of Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling forecasting and analysis.
• Ability to translate business processes and requirements into system functionalities.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead EPBCS implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in delivering enduser training and support for financial planning applications.
• Knowledge of best practices in FP&A and financial systems governance.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
