Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries bookings and travelrelated concerns.
  2. Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements offering personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.
  3. Booking and Reservations: Manage bookings for flights accommodation transportation and activities ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
  4. Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends destinations and industry updates to provide valuable information to clients.
  5. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients during their travel ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  6. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email phone and other communication channels.


Requirements

  1. Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant travel and tourism certifications are a plus.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
  3. TechSavvy: Proficient in using online travel platforms email and other communication tools.
  4. CustomerFocused: A customercentric approach with a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced remote environment.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  7. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.A.
