Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Entry Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at NextRow Digital. This role is designed for individuals passionate about technology and business aiming to make significant contributions from day one. As part of our team you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements working closely with stakeholders and executing content updates using Content Management Systems (CMS). This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and onsite with a requirement to be in the office three days a week in Vernon Hills IL and one day in Schaumburg IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for website content updates and enhancements.
• Utilize various Content Management Systems (CMS) to implement content updates ensuring accuracy relevance and alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in the development and execution of content strategies to enhance user engagement and drive business goals.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of content updates to ensure optimal performance across different platforms and devices.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and marketing professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web content updates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather requirements and work with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address business challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS) is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
