Were backed by Europes most renowned health and consumer investors. In December 2021 we raised 30m in Germanys largest health tech Series A round. To date we have delivered nearly a million successful treatments for our patients. Our team is passionate and ambitious with diversified experiences in building successful health and consumer tech businesses.

We are in search of a proactive and achievementoriented Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to take the lead in shaping and scaling a critical company project: our inperson medical operations. Building upon a validated concept you will spearhead its development to grow the project from a pilot into a network of premiere medical establishments setting a new standard for quality and excellence in dermatologic patient care. A distinctive combination of operational proficiency strategic acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset will lead you to success.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility of planning and executing all operational aspects of the project encompassing business planning hypothesis testing and endtoend project management.
• Scaling for Success: Define and optimize a wide spectrum of processes from customer journey mapping to customer acquisition and facility requirements with an emphasis on achieving scalable solutions.
• Strategic Support: Provide primary support to FORMELs Clevel executives assisting in strategic decisionmaking and planning ensuring alignment with the projects objectives. Youll also manage crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• A minimum of 3 years in toptier strategy consulting or business development within hypergrowth startups. Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects is essential. Entrepreneurial experience is a valuable asset.
• In addition to fluent English fluent German is essential for effective communication with external stakeholders.
• Proven analytical skills enabling datadriven decisionmaking and the development of optimal solutions and targets.
• Extensive experience in project management encompassing various relevant aspects of business development.
• You have a proactive selfmotivated and handson attitude. No matter how big or small the task you are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• The proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and exhibit flexibility in managing changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills enabling you to consult and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• You are in Berlin and have the desire to work in a hybrid arrangement (3x/week from our BerlinMitte office 2x/week from home)
