Role and Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager
You will focus on critical complex strategically or tactically important deals with high visibility and be responsible to sign the deals.
Develop the business development strategy & get buyin from stakeholders & execute
Building C Level relationships with Enterprise or with relevant stakeholders in government and building Growth strategies with specific communities across Global & Local Systems Integrator to help service these large customers
Taking care of big account/Field contact candidate
Manage Large Opportunities and big business Run Rate business and Competitive Sales situations at these accounts
Maintain the entire list of Customer Organization structures (Like Decision maker Show Stopper Competition etc)
Verify customers credit ratings and appraise equipment in order to determine contract terms and tradein values
Preferred knowledge and skillset:
Having Knowledge of IT Security Solutions will be an added advantage
It will involve building relationships with strategic CXOlevel executives across the key accounts
Complex Problem Solving Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
Judgment and Decision Making Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Management of Personnel Resources Motivating developing and directing people as they work identifying the best people for the job
Writing Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience interested candidates can share their updated resumes along with the belowmentioned details for further discussion.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree (preferably in Business Administration)
57 years of relevant experience as a Enterprise Sales Manager with 2 years in Cybersecurity Sales
Good hold on key accounts preferably in Manufacturing Retail IT/ITeS Services EdTech ECommerce Logistics Media & Entertainment Energy Services Aviation and Travel Mobile & Telecom industries
Excellent (effective) communication (verbal & written) with proficiency in English and Hindi
Clarity on Sales Numbers (Goals Achievements Avg. Ticket Size etc.)
Handson experience of using Sales/Reporting Tools (MS Excel GSpreadsheet PPT/G Slides CRM etc.)
Street smart with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Possess personal active and verifiable network of business contacts along with strong drive to succeed no matter the odds that may set in
Own vehicle for local travel for customer / business meetings.
