We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise segment.
  • Identify and qualify leads conduct cold outreach and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales preferably in the eLearning Domain.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
