As an Enterprise Architect within an airline you will be responsible for designing and managing a framework that optimizes technology and data utilization to support overall objectives. Responsibilities:
Developing and Maintaining Technology Strategy:
Create and maintain an enterprisewide technology and data strategy that aligns with the airlines goals and objectives.
Collaborate with employees across various departments to understand their technology and data needs.
Designing and Implementing Infrastructure:
Oversee the design and implementation of technology and data infrastructure including hardware software and network systems.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices prescribed standards and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor the performance of technology and data systems.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes.
Feasibility Assessment and Risk Mitigation:
Assess the feasibility of designs proposed by solution architects.
Identify implementation risks and potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
Provide costeffective alternatives that are scalable and compliant with the architecture blueprint.
Technology Baselines and Roadmaps:
Develop and maintain technology baselines target states and roadmaps.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly.
Qualifications:
A comprehensive understanding of technology and business strategy.
Prior work experience involving project management and leadership.
A degree in computer science information technology or a related field is beneficial.
