(Mandaala). We sell products that include:
1. printed products like business cards brochures standees etc and
2. branded merchandise products : We have logo branding capabilities using technologies like Laser engraving UV printing embroidery etc on 40 product categories like apparel bottles pens backpacks etc

Mandaala by PrintStop is a SaaSbased platform for Enterprises and it automates
the order to delivery workflows for branded merchandise onboarding kits stationery marketing collateral corporate gifts and a lot more. Using Mandaala s digital portals for specific products large organisations automate the manual
effort eliminate errors in artworks enable inbuilt approvals and get complete visibility of spends thus reducing the effort required by almost 80%.

About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer relations in existing accounts and farm these to generate new business for Mandaala (the Enterprise division). This typically involves account management mapping stakeholders reaching out to new prospects within the account; pitching our products and solutions and converting them. These accounts will be companies in top 1000 in India
The role entails engaging with senior (VP and above) stakeholders in HR Admin and Marketing departments of these companies.

Location: Mumbai Bangalore Gurgaon Noida

Qualifications & Experience :
  • Bachelors degree in IT Business Technology Marketing or a related field
  • Min 5 years of sales experience with minimum 2 years of accpunt management experience to senior stakeholders in large enterprises (Top 1000 companies of India).
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management especially handling highvalue accounts or enterpriselevel clients.
  • Exposure to working in HRTech B2B SaaS or gifting / printing company is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the existing customer relationships in existing accounts. 2. Strategic planning and sales forecasting for all accounts and tracking metrics of wallet share key spends etc
3. Reach out to new stake holders in the accounts using multiple techniques like referrals email / call reachouts. Pitch Printstops products and solutions to these stake holders.
4. Own the revenue targets for various accounts and perform sales activities to achieve those targets. 5. Use the company proprietary tools for account management and ensure data is accurately updated in the CRM
6. Deepen customer relations by adopting multiple customer relationship management techniques and ensure target of customer relationship health is
achieved
7. Ensure activities of referrals testimonials case studies customer account
reviews are all executed as per company processes. 8. Follow all other sales processes and participate in ongoing sales and product trainings.
