Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver English lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and supporting their academic development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences for students.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and safe learning environment.
• Attend meetings training sessions and professional development activities to stay updated on educational best practices.
• Establish strong relationships with students parents and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching English to students in the primary or secondary education level.
• Excellent knowledge of English language grammar and literature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering student success.
• Valid working visa or eligibility to work in the UK.
