Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English language and literature catering to the diverse learning needs of students
• Plan and develop coherent schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the national curriculum

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in the relevant subject area
• A degree in English or a related field
• Proven experience teaching English language and literature to primary or secondary students
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students colleagues and parents
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
