Design - Oral Dosage - Ramp up - Launch Facility

Our customer is an innovative pharmaceutical company located in the French speaking part of Switzerland. This position is responsible to support the design engineering of a new Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing facility for Late Stage products and new Launches. The Engineering Project Manager will have the overall responsibility to manage the external partner who will develop the Conceptual Designs, Basic Designs, Detailed Designs, and who will support the project during the construction, commission / qualification, and close out. The role is approved as 2 year assignment, but might turn into a perm managerial role. Your Challenges:* Collaborate directly with the rest of the project core team, project controls and site engineering

• Approve and/or obtain internal SMEs approvals of the partners deliverables
• Experience with project management process, documents and deliverables is advantageous
• Responsible for execution of required steps within the project management process
• Act as key driver in developing and updating the project budget/estimate and schedule
• Close leadership in the design phase into the construction phase

The project will include clean room facility (ISO8) for high potent compounds including locker rooms, building utilities, drug substance & excipients weighing and dispensing capabilities. The manufacturing process technologies will include dispensing, blending, wet granulation, wet mill, fluid bed drying, dry mill, tablet press & WIP/CIP, coater & CIP, laser marker, encapsulation and dry granulation, IBC blender, and CIP/washing functionalities for IBC, drums, and format parts. Your Profile:* 10+ years of industry experience including green and brownfield projects for Pharma

• Proven success in engineering technical project management for large projects in the pharmaceutical environment
• Management of Architectural and Engineering firms and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning and Qualification contractors
• Contribute and manage from concept phase to full project implementation
• Direct multi-disciplinary engineering project teams
• Manage projects under approval of regulatory agencies including FDA, EMEA and other
• Experience with validation of pharmaceutical processes according to current guidelines
• Drive complex project communications that are efficient, effective, and timely
• Represent the project internally and externally to involved authorities
• Provide leadership to the project team to anticipate and identify complex projects issues
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
