Later when he was improving his skills he was influenced by the Artificial Intelligence (AI) of Shogi and it was the beginning of the unknown possibilities.
We are developing products based on AI x mobile which is a combination of the industryleading AI developed by our engineers that have won against professional Shogi players and mobile which is the most accessible device to people all over the world.
In the future we will continue research and development of machine learning such as deep learning and business applications centered on our original AI and create a paradigm shift in each industry with the Artificial Intelligence Revolution. We want to do something interesting and surprising while maximizing the power of technology.
Roles and Responsibility
As a specialist in the AI business we are promoting the AI revolution by introducing AI solutions to various industries and creating new value. We develop analytical algorithms for prediction and optimization big data analysis and algorithms using machine learning such as deep learning and adapt them to various industries such as construction and finance.
While identifying issues in the world you will design and plan from a technical perspective how to approach which industries with AI manage development teams and lead business development in cooperation with project managers.
Specific duties
- Develop plans and designs to solve project problems based on knowledge and experience in a wide range of technologies from AI to systems
- Make final technical decisions and prioritization for the team
- Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to determine the direction and negotiate with clients to achieve project goals
- Utilize knowledge of mathematics and information science to observe and analyze data to ensure AI performance
- Lead development with a high level of implementation skills
- Lead the development team by providing a high level of implementation skills
- Support team members as a mentor and advisor
- Advise and take action to solve problems
- Work closely with the CTO
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in leading business problem design AI model building system development and operation in an integrated manner
- Experience in research and development of highperformance AI models for multiple issues
- Practical work experience in designing building and operating web and DB servers
- Have at least 3 years of experience in developing and operating SaaS and web application products.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in team management of development projects (task design and manhour estimation code review mentoring/consulting)
- High scores or top results in data analysis or AI development competitions such as Kaggle
- PhD or experience working in a research institute
- Proven track record of international publications related to AI data science
- Experience in the computational improvement and performance tuning
- Experience in building and operating highperformance computing infrastructure
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS GCP Azure etc.
- Experience in building and managing data lakes data warehouses and data marts
- Design and organize workflows related to MLOps and DevOps
- Expert knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- High rating in competition programming
- Good performance in security competitions such as CTF

Conditions / Benefits
Employment type: Full time
Location: Shiba Minatoku Tokyo
Annual Salary:JPY Determined based on experience and skills
Bonus paid twice a year (August and February)
Hours: 10:00 19:00 (1hour break included)
8 hour work days
Remote work and flextime system available with prior approval (core time from 11:00 to 15:00)
As this is a discretionary work system it is assumed the employee will work 8 hours a day.
If as a result of the interview and upon mutual consent a timecontrolled labor system is employed a fixed overtime rate of 2045 hours will be paid.
2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.) national holidays yearend and New Year holidays
Special leave: sickness and injury leave congratulation or condolence leave
Annual paid leave: 13 to 23 days granted after six months of employment
Probation: 3 months
