Tasks

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and delivering highquality software solutions
• Guide crossfunctional and distributed teams to deliver highquality results within tight deadlines.
• Foster a culture of innovation mentoring and skill development within the engineering team.
• Establish and articulate clear and achievable objectives for the engineering team ensuring alignment with overall organizational targets.
• Support your team and ensure they are aligned performant fulfilled and continuously develop both technically and personally via One on Ones
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Promote a culture of continuous learning innovation and collaboration within the engineering team
• Take active part in interviewing and hiring engineers from diverse backgrounds for your own and other teams
• Share your knowledge develop expertise in our product and grow with your team to become an even greater engineering manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Basic knowledge in one or more of the following fields: NodejsReactjsSQLKuberentesgraphqlDockergRpcPubsub
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in hiring mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
