What youll be doing:

As the new Engineering Manager youll lead a team of both local and remote engineers establishing exemplary practices and fostering a strong tech culture at Greenely. Your responsibilities include:

• Cultivating Excellence: Establishing and nurturing best engineering practices to ensure the development of highquality scalable and sustainable software solutions.

• Leading and Growing: Coaching mentoring and conducting performance reviews to foster growth within your team.

• Handson Development: Contributing to development tasks reviewing code and aligning technical decisions with longterm objectives.

• Promoting Innovation: Encouraging an innovative culture where engineers explore new technologies to solve complex problems in the energy sector.

• Project Management: Overseeing project timelines managing resources and ensuring deliverables meet business goals.

• Technical Strategy: Shaping the technical direction of Greenely by contributing to architectural decisions and strategic planning.

• Operational Excellence: Implementing efficient development processes and improving deployment practices.

To succeed in this role youll need:

• A strong expertise in Frontend Backend Infrastructure IoT Data Science or other relevant domains.

• Strategic skills to provide strategic oversight for the teams roadmap aligning it with business objectives.

• Leadership skills to make sure that you have a thriving team.

• An innovative mindset staying informed about emerging technologies and assessing their potential value to the company.
