We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving a keen eye for identifying bugs and the capacity to suggest innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.
Conduct regular oneonone meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are achieving their potential.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment retaining and developing engineering talent.
2. Code Review & Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality system reliability and performance.
Foster a culture of code excellence and enforce best practices and standards.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders including product managers designers and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
Ensure communication is clear and effective aligning the engineering teams goals with the companys strategic objectives.
4. Problem Identification & Solution Design:
Sharply identify bugs and issues within the systems ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Suggest and implement robust solutions for complex problem statements driving innovation and excellence.
5. Project Management:
Plan execute and deliver projects on time while maintaining highquality standards.
Utilize agile methodologies to ensure flexible and adaptive planning development and delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technical environment.
Strong technical background with experience in Javascript PHP and their frameworks.
Excellent problemsolving skills with an analytical mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
