Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects and ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering initiatives. You will lead a team of skilled engineers fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers providing mentorship guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Management Design and Quality Assurance to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization driving initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex technical challenges providing strategic guidance and solutionsoriented leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with expertise in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
