A successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in leading and managing embedded engineering teams
• Strong background in embedded system design, development, and debugging
• Experience with C/C++ and Embedded software development tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
