Tasks
will focus on optimizing equipment performance
execution of capital spending plan
coordinating engineering activities as it related to process and equipment efficiency
guiding the maintenance team
identify and lead continuous improvement and cost savings projects
22 direct reports (12 Mechanics 5 Electricians 2 Team Leads 3 Facilities Engineer)
Requirements
bachelors of engineering degree/CAPEX/process improvements
5 years of leadership in a fast paced high volume heavy manufacturing (over both Maintenance and Engineering personnel)
