Engineering Director

My client is seeking an Engineering Director / Leader to develop lead and align a global group of Mechanical Electrical and manufacturing engineers. In this leadership role you will create and implement KPIs for quality performance delivery and reduce costs for all products and serve as a true business partner with executive and operations leaders. Champion a culture of action innovation technology to excite and interest current and future talent and one that is customer focused. Highly visible position and heavily involved in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to daytoday operations. You will have advanced business acumen and implement plans that align with company goals and its strategic vision including innovative product launches engaging all engineers (ME EE and Automation Engineers).

Qualifications:

• 10 years in manufacturing engineering in pharmaceutical life Science biotechnology or capital equipment with 5 years proven leadership experience.
• BS degree in engineering manufacturing or business. Masters Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience and ISO compliance process needed.
• 3D parametric Autodesk/CAD 2D/3D and ERP (Syteline) systems preferred.
• Excellent communicator relationship management influencer and strategic thinker.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal customers at all levels in the organization

Location: Philadelphia PA area

Salary: Commensurate based on experience
