The Technical Engineering Director
Reports directly to CTO
Empowers his Managers to drive delivery on ambitious customer projects.
Manages talent allocation.
Curates a highperformance team. Takes charge of hiring and firing.
Mentors his team and communicates the company vision.
Communicates with other directors to find cross project synergies.

Required Qualifications

Masters or PhD in Physics Computer Science or another STEM field
Minimum 3 years industry/corporate experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management for complex projects and or programs
Proven experience managing managers
Minimum 2 years experience in Python Project
Ability to work with a diverse team of people both inperson and through online resources

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of Industry experience in one of: Machine learning Deep LearningNLP or largelanguage models
Team management and leadership experience
Must be able to develop and manage project plans and budgets
Must be able to manage risks and issues in a complex technical environment
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation
Must be able to research technical problems and recommend approaches to address
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
