Trilogic Recruitment is currently seeking two experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM s) to join the vibrant and dynamic sales team of our esteemed client. The ASM will play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities within their respective regions. Reporting to the Sales Director the successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and managing existing customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain longterm relationships with key customers
  • Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls email communications and facetoface meetings to close sales
  • Prepare concise sales reports for the Sales Director
  • Plan research and execute potential sales opportunities to drive profitable market share growth
  • Consistently deliver against set goals and targets


Requirements


  • Essential industry knowledge of Motors (AC/DC) Industrial Gearboxes or Pumps
  • Strong sales track record
  • Ability to manage own geographical area to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Previous account management experience
  • Proactive approach to drive sales forward
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and planned approach to creating sales opportunities
