Role Summary:
This position will be part of Engineering Support team at LTSI supporting various Engineering topics within Lufthansa Technik.
Position Responsibilities:
Support Customer Engineering team to handle component technical topics / analysis / report such as authority approvals rogue unit process certifications & approvals modification process etc. and advocate customer demands at complex Lufthansa Technik organization.
Coordinate with Quality Department Component Engineering Process Team and others. Act like an extended arm of existing customer engineering team.
Prepare technical presentations. Support other existing customer engineering leads with documentation technical analysis reports regular reliability reviews.
Provide tech. support to customer service and sales teams (contractual contents / customer acquisition / contractual routine phase).
With the help of Customer Engineering team launch internal campaigns to focus on critical topics like Reliability engineering Value Engineering Predictive Analysis Data Quality Component removal behavior analysis Digitalization etc.
Basic Qualifications:
University or technical college degree inEngineering preferablyAeronautical / Aerospace Engineering.
3 5 years of experience in the field of Aircraft/Engine/Component MRO (Part145) Quality Assurance Planning Reliability and Technical services. Experience in CAMO Part183 organization will be beneficial.
Good Excel statistics and PPT skills. Sound technical understanding and being able to understand complex technical correlation will be the prerequisite.
Working experience on SAP applications added advantage.
Proficiency in English with added advantages for German language skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics including competitors potential clientele and their requirements.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments with clear verbal and written communication.
Exceptional analytical capabilities with a talent for structuring organizing and planning complex processes.
Eagerness for continuous professional growth and development.
Willingness to undertake businessrelated travel.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Advance MS ExcelskillsMacrosandautomation skillsare added advantage.
