Job Description:
Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
Data quality control and screening errors
Statistical analysis and report generation
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Material Science Microelectronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering Optical Engineering Chemistry or Physics. BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
Handson experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 46yrs of experience
