Q2Q Solutions is a precision engineering company located in MEPZ Special Economic Zone in Chennai India. The company specializes in precision machining
CAD/CAM integration: Collaborating with design engineers to ensure seamless integration between CAD and CAM systems. This involves importing 3D CAD models into CAM software defining manufacturing features and generating machining instructions based on design intent.
5. Tooling and fixture design: Designing and configuring the necessary tooling jigs and fixtures required for manufacturing processes. CAM engineers determine the appropriate tooling selection create fixture designs to hold parts securely during machining and ensure compatibility with CAM programming.
6. Quality control and inspection: Working closely with quality assurance teams to establish inspection protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards. CAM engineers may develop inspection plans define critical dimensions and conduct postmachining inspections to verify part accuracy and identify any deviations.
Maintenance and troubleshooting: Conducting regular maintenance of manufacturing equipment and addressing any technical issues or malfunctions. CAM engineers may collaborate with maintenance personnel to diagnose and resolve equipment problems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Training and support: Providing training and technical support to operators and other personnel involved in the manufacturing process.
