Youll be in charge of developing our inhouse services such as the audio content listening app the electronic comic app and other new services! Youll be involved in the development of various services operated by the compamy to respond to diverse requests from within and outside the company ensuring highquality and highperformance service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Youll be responsible for application development using Flutter or React Native.

• Development of new services
• Addition of functionalities or improvements to existing services

You can be involved in technical selection for new app development. Frontend engineers actively contribute with feature additions/improvement proposals to enhance services.

Recent Business Areas Addition of functionalities or improvements to the audio content listening app.

• A project where the frontend unit members handle all aspects of app frontend development.
• Developed using React Native framework.
• Frontend engineers are now involved in native app development from this project onwards. Even after release were actively proposing improvements while implementing feature developments to provide users with an even better experience.
• Native app development is expanding as part of the frontend engineers tasks. There are also projects using Flutter for development instead of React Native.

Full renewal development of the electronic comic app.

• A project in progress towards the current release involving seven members in app frontend development including one from the frontend unit.
• Reevaluating UI functionalities and performance comprehensively transitioning from Unity to Flutter framework for better user experiences conducting a full renewal development.
• Adapting philosophies like DDD and Clean Architecture in design aiming for modern highly maintainable products.
• Adopted Scrum to develop a higherquality app within short periods by gathering feedback.
• We aim to deliver value to users as a development department. Beyond the role of developers you can contribute to creating and growing services by collaborating with operational teams and directors.

Practical experience with React Native or Flutter (23 years or more)

• Capability to choose a native app development framework based on application scale and functionalities
• Ability to select appropriate architecture based on development scale and product content
• Experience in Agile development like Scrum
• Ability to consider things from a business perspective related to services users etc.
• Development experience with web applications
• Experience in team management or leading teams (regardless of size)

• Eager to collaborate with operations designers and engineers to create excellent products
• Understanding of detailed designs by designers
• Capable of writing DOM in a correct and simple configuration
• Passionate and skilled in refactoring
• Proactive in proposing and implementing actions not just following instructions
