- He supervises the necessary surveys for the bank’s branches, offices and departments, identifies their needs for modernization, and makes sure that engineering designs prepared for work requirements and standards approved in the form and type of engineering design in the bank are applied in order to implement the bank’s corporate identity in form and content.
- Follows up on the implementation of engineering and technical plans and matters related to the modernization of the bank's existing or new branches, offices and departments, or the establishment of new sites in order to meet the bank's requirements.
- Ensures that the approved contractor complies with the implementation of modernization or construction projects with the agreed technical and time terms and submits relevant reports to his direct supervisor to ensure that what has been accomplished conforms to and agrees with what is required to be accomplished.
